Syed Waqar Abbas Shah is serving as Director Administration at Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services (PIPS). He has more than 14 years of experience in the fields of Human Resource, Administration and Project Management. He has served on several key Managerial positions, while being with Infrastructure Project Development Facility (IPDF), Ministry of Finance, Government of Pakistan. Mr. Shah holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University with Post Graduate Diploma in Management from London School of Commerce. Mr. Shah has secured international certifications in HR Audit from George Washington University, Project Officers Management Skills from IP3, Washington and Small Hydropower Projects Development (Planning to Design) from UNESCO (IHE) Netherlands. He has resided in United Kingdom for more than 7 years and has extensive traveling experience of USA, Canada, Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Egypt, Turkey and many other countries for professional development.
